5 times we had s*** customer service (and how we’d have done it better)

We’ve all experienced bad customer service at one time or another. You know the kind – it makes your blood boil, leaves you feeling undervalued and ultimately leads to taking your business elsewhere. Which is why bad service is always a hot topic in our office at Lumiserv. There is an upside to those rage inducing moments though, they provide shining examples of what not to do! Here are 5 times we had s*** customer service, and how we’d have done better.   1. The Culprit: Respond What Happened: It’s worth noting that we love Buffer and their family of products at LumiHQ, not to mention their treasuretrove of a blog! However, when we received this email from their side venture, Respond, we were kind of pissed. It wasn’t that the freemium plan was going, business grow, products change – that’s all part and parcel. What got us was, “changes effective as of today”? Cheers...
